  Not sure how much it will let me write! But most unprofessional untruthful real-estate I've ever had to deal with. Moved into one of their properties with Bronnie as our property manager, Best manager I've ever had in 9 years. Unfortunately bronnie left and it went to hell. After 12 months at one place we decided to move to somewhere with a dishwasher and air-conditioning. Upon leaving our property so clean the only tiniest thing they could pick at was dust on a power point, meanwhile we go to our new property and it was PUTRID. Carpets were wet and filthy, the smell was foul. They had to hire a bond cleaner, who was called back and refused to touch certain areas of the house as "they were paid to do a standard clean and this was not a standard clean" (so its not only tenants they rip off). When inspecting the property we asked do you have to pay for water she said "no the property isn't water efficient". Upon signing our lease it stated "because your property is watet efficient full water charges apply" I ask them she says "oh that's a standard clause, because your property isn't water efficient that doesn't apply to you" ok great. 9 months into our lease BAM TWO WATER BILLS. This is currently in dispute. Upon leaving the property at the end of the lease they lodge a claim for our entire bond!! Considering we've only ever kept the property spotless this was just unprofessional and didn't happen at the first property. They then tried to claim we spilt paint on the back of the house, after re-assuring her we had not, her not believing us, we found property adverts from 2012, 2014, and 2016 all showing the paint, AND we later found it was pictured in the entry report. After pointing all this out as a gesture of good will she removed it from the list of charges, GENEROUS hey ??. She also tried to claim a patch mark in the garage that was pictured in their entry report, along with a wall that was a slightly different colour also on their entry report. She has tried to charge us weed removal, despite me having (and sending her) dated pictures on the day we moved in showing weeds. Honestly the list goes on and on but I think that alone shows what type of realestate they are. We've had a really really hard year with our child being diagnosed with autism, a auto immune disease I have flaring out of control resulting in me loosing my job, they KNOW this, they KNOW we've left that property in far cleaner condition then when we moved in yet they are still happy to literally SCAM a family out of money right before Christmas. You make up your own mind.
